Our handsome, historic-landmark building, with its hospitable 3,000 square-foot lounge with fireplace and baby grand piano, its spacious ballroom with stage, and its fully-equipped kitchen is available for your next special event. This gracious facility is a popular venue for weddings, receptions, meetings and conferences.

THE BALLROOM
Perfect for larger events holding up to 225 guests. This lovely space features hardwood floors, balcony, stage and french doors leading out to a solarium and patio. Rental of the Ballroom, Lounge and Kitchen (5 hours): $3,000. Additional hours: $250/hour.

THE LOUNGE
Just the right size for events holding up to 125 guests. This warm and inviting space features a large fireplace, multiple seating areas, beautiful Tudor details and spacious interior. Rental of Lounge (4 hours): $1,500. Additional hours $130/hour.
